Moneytospend, thank you for making the call. What Jason told you makes sense to me. I wonder if there's some way of sanctioning Tetra Tech for it's evident obfuscation regarding the status of the BFS? The delay is disappointing but nothing else has changed and, as others have already stated, could be a blessing in disguise.
