I got the email from CUU this morning at 6:31am PDT. They were disseminating news, but not on the newswire I guess. Taking shares back? Why, it's only 20% down right now. They're probably waiting to just get the news out.

And adding Jim Gray - really, it's a little late to be doing this, but I guess a babysitter is necessary, or does Tetra not have the ability to do this on their own? He should have been retained Jan. 2, 2012, or maybe end of November when they knew there was work to do on the mine plan. Elmer may be a good geological engineer but his management skills (and the others?) seem to be a few bricks short.
