This may be part of the problem -

Copper Fox Metals Inc (CUU.V) is down more than 20% late morning, to 99 cents. More than 2 million shares have changed hands.

The company announced no news today, but on Feb 28, announced its annual financial results and corporate update. Copper Fox incurred a net loss for the fourth quarter of $692,576 and a loss of $3,882,381 ($0.01 loss per share) for the year ended October 31, 2011.
