Im not completely convinced that Elmer knew that the BFS would be delayed.

I think Tetra Teck just dropped the bomb shell on them and they had no choice but to do this.

I mean , Elemer has been in constant contact with Tetra Teck...everything was on teh go....why would Elmer lie? Why would he want to crush Ernesto`s confidence in him when we all know were going to need anouther PP?

Games are a foot here....Tetra need to explain what thier firm is doing ,,,,,and have a better explanation of what is going on.....so now its a matter of who is telling the truth.

Dont really think Elemer was the one at fault....he is too credible....brought 5 mines on line...got BXX in the back round??? Why would Elmer destroy BXX, because if Elmer did know about this Boggle...then BXX would likely bottom out too.....jmo
