Elmer is in bed with Teck. Plain and simple. He is not leaving Schaft Creek to work on exploring some other land claims...he knows this property better than anyone. He aint leaving. Teck is buying this baby at the price that Ernesto wants, or it aint getting sold.

Elmer is stuck between Teck and Ernesto. Ernesto gets paid, and we get paid. This is a botched job now...Elmer will probably pull the RE out quick to calm the storm..but take a look at what happened today...

Elmer and Teck just called bluff to the market and it worked till we got halted. SC is huge, the $$$ value is HUGE, todays drama just showed this is way beyond our comprehension. Elmer made a mistake today that exposes something I never seen till today...he aint leaving SC and him and teck know that...he is a Geo that aint leaving this glorious land.

I just hope we all get paid.
