.............can only help our buy out price Elmer is sly.....like a fox. It also allows negotiations with Teck to continue unabated by a hard FS deadline. Mission accomplished, Elmer. We may never see the FS before being swallowed whole by Teck. Methinks several posters here owe him an apology.......

Actually CopperFox hired Wardrop Eng. to do the BFS. Wardrop was bought by TetraTech . I think that any jobs that came with Wardrop were given a low priority compared to jobs that Tetra was allready engaged in .

Ah, now if the above statement is true, and I've no reason to believe it is not, then I'm wrong about Elmer being somewhat suspect in his statements. It makes absolute sense for TetraTech/Wardrop to put CUU on the back burner and do priority jobs instead, and to 'whitewash' Elmer in the process. I hope this is the case and that he is kicking a lot of a$$ at TetraTech, given that he himself has lost a whole lot of credibility with the shareholders. Okay then Elmer, I will give you the benefit of the doubt even though it cost me thousands, in the short term. MTS
