Regarding many people's (and my own) complaints about the lack of transparency, from http://www.osc.gov.on.ca/en/22403.htm:
We review complaints about possible violations of securities law, such as allegations of illegal insider trading and misleading disclosure by public companies. We have the authority to impose sanctions on individuals and companies that breach Ontario securities laws. Sanctions may include reprimands, fines, suspensions or bars from the securities industry
Can/should we be complaining to the OSC about the ridiculous timelines that keep getting pushed back? Can Tetra or anyone be held accountable or forced to be more forthcoming? I can take the wait, but don't like being tempted with a timeframe, only to have it keep changing. As others have said, the timelines are almost laughable - it may not necessarily be Elmer's fault, but aren't we shareholders entitled to some better information and communication?
