I just meant that it is not necessary in the legal contract to have the Feasibility delivered.

It makes sense for Teck to want to have the Feasibility before they commit. For one, why not get that work done before they have to commit time and effort into the project. This is why it makes sense to wait for the Feasibility to be produced after the RE3 because then it is accurate and can be used to go forwards to actually build the mine. Producing a complex mine plan with out-of-date data never made any sense.
