Message: Email to CUU

my email from early last evening.

Dear management,

I wanted to take this opportunity to express, within my rights as a
shareholder, my utter shock and utmost displeasure with lack of
transparency in your investor relations as a company. After months of
intense diligence into your company back in October-November 2010 my spouse and
I have since purchased 250,000 shares of CUU. This is by far
the largest single investment that my spouse and I have made in a
company in our 20 years of personal investing. Why would we do such a
thing you might ask? If you have to ask that then you both lack confidence in what you have sold to the investor community yourselves and you mock our abilities. Smart
investors, without a doubt, know the way that CUU will play out. This
does, in no way validate what you did today.

What we were NOT expecting was the never ending guarantee that NOTHING ever arrives in a reasonable time frame with CUU.
When you answer this email, which I pray you will. Please take the time
to sit on THIS side of the fence. Ask yourselves how much is too much
or unreasonable. There are a lot of very bright people who own many,
many shares in Copper Fox. I happen to know quite a few of them.
What we are looking for, as well as the remainder of the
NON-institutional, non insider investment world, is some damage
control. A message that speaks to the accountability of CUU management
to ALL shareholders of Copper Fox as a publicly traded company,
regarding reasonable time frames and delays. This exists in pretty much
every corner of the corporate world, but appears oblivious to yours. Of
course I am pleased that revised RE will be included in the BFS, however
I am unmindful as to the extent of the delay and how it was not known
long before today. I feel aloof from management and their ability to
keep me abreast of progress.
With positive progression in a company like CUU, stock price should
reflect that progression and as the story unfolds, and value is
unlocked, price should follow. That has been farthest from the truth
with Copper Fox and there are many whispered, anecdotal yet mindful
theories as to why that is the case. Please help to restore our faith
in your management team.

Patiently waiting
