The following are Named Executive Officers as of April 2011

Elmer Stewart, Murray Hunter, Mike Smith, Cam Grundstrom and Shane Uren. So if they are considered executive officers they have direct access to new info and thus "could" be in balckout.

BUT, Ernesto Echavaria, Erik Koudstaal, Davi Macdonald and JHector MacKay-Dunn are not Named Executive Officers so they may not have access to all the new incoming info thus can can trade?

I got no idea what is the difference between Named and NOT Named Executive Officers
