Moxam -
As has been previously discussed, directors who have knowledge of BFS data can not buy - this would include Elmer, Mike, and others. As such, they are 'blacked out' as they are privy to info that we, the general public, aren't. It is apparent that David is not.
This also means Elmer, Mike, et al can't exercise their options. These options are still valid because they were in blackout mode when the deadline passed. Once their blackout lifts (IE we get the BFS) they will have 10 days to make use of those options.
I don't know if Ernesto is also privy to BFS info or not - I don't see why he would need to be - it sure would be nice to see him step up to the plate now and bat a million shares out of the open market park.
