1. From past transactions of Far West and Peregrine, both companies were waiting for their FS and they end up getting bought out before it was out.

2. Vette's main argument is that once BFS is out, it gives Teck a time frame to act in order to keep Schaft Creek, they would rather have it in the dark and negotiate with CUU management behind closed.
