I don't think so, only because it you compare the number of orders and the total amount it seems that some of the Asks are not real. I've been keeping an eye on Asks and generally people don't put in Asks for more than about 20K shares at a time. So it's not until $1.08 that it is starting to look real. $1.10 looks like our wall friend. It's hard to say because it changes so frequently throughout the day.
