I'm content to sit on this for the next 3-6 months with little buying interest until we get closer to the fall.

I'll throw you guys a curve ball on the above comment.

If Feasibility would have been released yesterday and the 120 days (4 MONTHS) would be in motion....You all would be content on sitting on this and MANY would be buying until the last day (120th)

This is the same position, you won't see the Feasibility, thus no 120 days and no back in.

The next 120 days is about buyout, JV, new partner or more.
