Hi Vette,

I've been busy reading your Post-NR messages as well as Web's and it would appear that you were both not really surprised, and even perhaps expecting that a delay was imminent. I cannot recall if you or Web had mention this in any PRE-NR discussions, but I do remember you guys and everyone talking about the back-in and the clock outcome only.

Here is my dilemma: If it is the case, I just curious as to why it wasn't brought up as a very real possibility? And I'm asking with all due respect. I'm not even sure if it's relevant at this point.
