I'm positive that Elmer knows who this Jim Gray is.

The guy is a professional engineer, he's not going to risk his license. It doesn't matter if he's a Teck employee or freelance engineer.

Lets keep moving on and get this FS done and RE updated and Teck has every information possible so they can decide what the $ amount is.
