Speaking of Hector, he was one of the guys I talked to at Cambridge aside from Elmer. Both him and Elmer were how to say it more easy going and all. I saw other people talking to Mike Smith and he was more of a salesman feel. He's very casual and talks and jokes with people.

But Hector and Elmer, they were both very confident at the project.

I remember Hector saying it directly to me about CUU. He thinks this is one of the lifetime bets on a project that he thinks is going to do very well as an investment. Elmer agreed in an indirect way.
