Also this blackout favours the insiders since they dont have to come up with money to excercise their options. Some insiders just dont have these funds and would have to sell stock on the open market to raise money.. I am sure they would rather the stock be much higher to widen the gap on the strike price. They may not have to worry about it, if TCK takes us out before the blackout is lifted. They will sell their options as shares to TCK or whoever [in that event] without putting up a penny.

Good position to be in, so maybe this blackout will be in for awhile untill we see a higher share price or takeout.
