As much as it is likely that there are negotiations going on isn't it JUST as likely that they've simply seen the BFS and are essentially "blacked out" until it is released?

This does not explain why Hector (the legal guy and only a driector not a executive insider) and or Cathy (CFO) are blacked out.

The new FS with the new Resource estimate (including 2011 drill results and with silver) and new bloc model will not be the same as the one they had been working on.

The current blackout has been on for well over 1 month as today we are March 25th...1 month after the Feb 25th options would have expired (and they have not).
