It's true, Elmer has essentially been saying the size of the deposit would be mind blowing.

He's described the Golden Triangle as a mining district.

CUU keeps acquiring more adjacent land.

We're sitting on something massive here, no doubt about it.

If only the delivery would come when promised. Oh well, can't have it all... yet!
