Would it not be beneficial for all directors to be placed in a blackout so they don't have to purchase the options until the blackout is lifted. Hoping for a complete buyout at the end leaves Elmer and the boys with all the options being paid but for zero dollars. Did David have any options???? Well lets leave David out of the blackout so he can pick up some more shares on the open market? Just pondering.
