the buyout will come out after 2-3 positive press releases... each positive press release including some inside buying will drive the stock up to a level between todays price all the way to a new 52 week high. Then the buyout will come with a premium of 30-60 percent. The MM will know when the stock will take off and they will be buying it all the way up so i wouldnt use todays share price into any calculation.
