Keep in mind with any public company you will ever invest in there will always be bashers, and no matter how much spin they put on the last press release we had i believe its a diversion... think about it if the BFS came out end of this month following a buyout it would of been way to predictable. From what i've seen over the years buyouts 99% of the time come out as a surprise otherwise it would be way to easy for the public to make money and inflate the share price for the potential buyer. I bought Bell Microproducts at a dollar and held it for 2 years then sold it at 3 bucks and three weeks later they got bought for 6 and change. At this point forget what price you bought your shares and just be glad you own shares. GL.
