China uses alot of techniques to keep their currency low to get as much bang for their buck back from the debt USA has... I find china throws out this news twice a year to push their currency down including cost of metals whenever they need to restock... even if they fell to 7% it wouldnt matter since they dont have to depend on exports with the population they have and climbing....
