Dear Webgogs: With respect to the next Private Placement, I mentioned in my last conversation to Mike that it would be a nice shot in the arm for the loyal retail investors to have an opportunity to participate in the next PP. I asked him if there was such an opportunity, and he said that it would be entirely possible to open it up to the public.

As deferential as I am to our good fellow shareholder Senor Echeverria, I think there is important strategic value in opening up placement opportunities to the wider public.
