That's why I work my tfsa to try get my average down but trading it infrequently and just work a small amount of shares. It's all about accumulation at this point. It comes with risk of course but the track record suggest it can be done safely. We'll have a much better idea when the black out is over. I hope the news changes the game. We could all use some good news.
