I doent belive its legal to delay the release of any information that has a positive or negative impact pertaining to the company status such as BFS, withholding information purposely is illegal.

According to securities laws the company has 10 days to file a news release when they are in posession of a material fact. If they had the FS or the RE they would have 10 days to make this information public.

Im certain theres no negotiations regarding the FS or RE behind the scene because this would be illegal and I cant see CUU or Teck engaging in this behaviour. As shareholders we have a right to know about material facts that affect our investment. If negotiations were carried out and it was revealed that CUU or Teck had looked at the material issues without informing shareholders this could have very serious ramifications for both companys. I also dont think Tecks going to act prior to receiving the FS for what its worth. Theres a normal course to business and as much as some people think the buyouts just around the corner...I think it will be announced during Tecks 120 days.

Rogue,
