There has been some question about whether there is a blackout in effect for most insiders. Recollect that someone posted that they had 10 days to reinstate the warrants after blacout ends. It obviously didn't end on the day of the announcement of the delay. So, obviously the blackout on most of the insiders (except MacDonald) continued past the announcement of the delay. That is now settled. Now, we know for certain something major is going on that we don't know about. Traders who are waiting for lower prices are subject to an unpleasant surprise any day. I don't know how long a blackout can continue without leaks. Very curious. I suspect ome thing MacDomald has known for the past 2 weeks is that there is a blackout on his fellow insiders. Rip
