I got the sense from speaking to them that they got rattled. There were some knee jerk reactions but things are coming around. Elmer and co are only human. Our expectations elevated them to god status. That's our bad.

I don't want a company run by us. I do like regular updates but I wouldn't want them wasting time genuflecting. Show me the money. The money is going to prove a lot of things. A large finance tells us things are under the right control. Dribbling it out tells us others have too much say so. Large money says end game. Medium money says drilling yes but JV ready no. No money says wheel spinning, more delays.

Promptly get us our update and drilling plan. Show us the money and explain our strategy.
