I think the response to that question has consistently been that it's all subject to negotiation. The lands acquired just a couple of weeks ago are not part of the Schaft Creek back-in option agreement, but if Teck puts enough $$$$$ on the table, Ernesto and the boys are going to accept, undoubtedly.
