Also teck has a first right of refusal on any land aquired to put in back in agreement. 11 Area ofInterest 11.1 Neither party shall acquire,nor shall it permit any of its affiliates to acquire, whether directly orindirectly or pursuant to any third party agreement, any form of interest inproperty or minerals located wholly or in part within the area or areas lying withing a distance of two kilometers from the external perimeter of the Property (as it exist as of the date of thisAgreement, but excluding therefrom any claims or other mineral properties whichhave been abandoned) unless it first offersthe interest to be acquired for inclusion under this Agreement.
