Good clarification Golfyeti, that is exactly the sense I got from Elmer. Part of me would like a total buyout, but if the dividend is big enough and I get to keep all my shares (or Teck shares)? That is pretty exciting too if indeed there is more good land (which is seeming more likely from the aerials, chip-grab samples and the higher grades in Paramount in 2011).

My sense is that Elmer wasn't sure which way it would go, but then again, he tries not to reveal too much.
