They're good ones ! If what most here have been saying lately is true , then I would say there is good worthy cause for Tech to go for it big time "Buyout" .

Otherwise why worry about all the land around there . There would be many years down the road before they would even need to be concerned about further development . So it's all just a staking for future right of way .
