I think what YN is saying is that takeovers are generally based on a premium that will be compared to both the 30 day moving average and the previous day close. A lot of us are expecting the price will run up to a more realistic price before we see our 30-60% premium. I am not saying that Teck will not just come out and offer $4 bucks a share but it might be difficult to get their shareholders on board with a 400% premium based on the previous day close.
