My understanding from management is that the road access land not subject to the back-in agreement is a part of a large package they are putting together to make themselves attract. Port of Stewart shipping agreement, road access land under our control, etc, all help to put a beautiful bow on our overall negotation package. It works in our favour and will be given due consideration in any negotiation. They have been stepwise and thoughtful in this regard.
