I am curious what were the legacy issues that were allude to in the 2010 Roulston feature article on CUU in July of 2010 (I think Vette had it posted?). Did this have anything to do with the pre-feasibilty study that was done by TECK?

Has anyone looked at the TECK's pre-feasibilty study in detail and see if the "legacy issues" could be related to some parts of it, like the silver?
