I think golfyeti has hit the nail on the head when he say's " just because the facts are astoundingly positive in the face of a languishing stock price it's not pumping." These are my thoughts also. To me pumping is reporting incorrect or unsubstantiatiated info. If I say that the FS will be out in August and I think the price will double at that time then I'm not pumping. I'm reiterating info provided by the company and I'm stating an opinion that the effect will be positive for the price. That's not pumping even though the price may actually decrease and my opinion will be wrong.
