The claims to the north were purchased well before (march 2011) the Titan and Aerial Magnetics. I believe that both surveys were completed on a wee portion of claim 854495 (red outline, centre left of the new map) before it was purchased.
The Aerial covered a lot of area that wasn't ours (and a lot still isn't). The Titan is a bit more...'intimate' (line clearing, & ground based survey) than a relatively innocent flyover. The Titan was carried out over a good number of weeks and the claims were purchased not long before the Titan was publicly released. I think that the Titan 'spilled' over to the west and into claim 854495 by about 200 to 400m after they found that the terrain on Mt. Lacasse was too difficult for ground work. If so, this area of our Titan survey could have been a bit of an afterthought and subsequently completed last. I am 50/50% of the belief that this wee portion of the claim was surveyed prior to CUU ownership.
