Well if I recall, a number of posts after the Vancouver show stated that CUU management expects the CAPEX to go up from the 2008 numbers. What was also noted that it did not seem to bother them that it would. Let's not forget that it's all relative. If CUU CAPEX goes up so will eveyone elses, so in my mind that's the equalizer. Every other project is going to get hit, and with the NTL going into place I would wager that projects in our area will be better off than others.
