I'm convinced they are looking for money away from EE this time. It makes much more sense to try for a new investor who will also bring attention to this project (like Sprott, Stifel.)
As GeneralLedger noted they've broken down the investments from Royal and Liard in a different way to try and clarify what percentage they own of what parcels. As Chappy said a few days ago, they've taken the map of new claims and also broken them down into parcels that are covered by the Teck agreement and others. It also looks like they are packaging this with a new discovery.
It looks to me like there is a presentation in the making for some outsider.
This is just my opinion, but it looks like the subtle changes are starting to add up.
