I'm in the pro-drill camp. Even if they don't get the drills turning, Elmer et al should put that pressure on Teck by announcing their planning to proceed. We could use the leverage in negotiations. This notion that CUU and Teck are buddy-buddy only goes so far.

Hopefully Big E is a hardball player. Teck, on the other hand, doesn't give anything away and has a history of squeezing nickels. I'd rather our boys come to the table with full knowledge of what Elmer senses is beneath the surface -- or at least the threat of obtaining that knowledge.
