I know there is a company imposed blackout for managment however I am curious if there has been any confirmation that EE is indeed blacked out? Did he have warrants as well that expired back in February? If so, then he is obviously blacked out as well.

This leads to my next question. Wouldn't EE be unable to partipate in the private placement if he holds maintains insider information? Thus, if CUU does move forward with a drill program and needs to raise funds, that would mean they would have to go to the public in order to do so.
