Before one can learn what is the truth, first he must learn what is not the truth…U/K

Truth is mainly determined by solid deductive reasoning…However, some accidently stumble upon it, while for others, it’s just a WAG…(Wild --- Guess)

Confusing known facts with the truth can be a fools’ game…Facts oftentimes change with the times…What are held as facts one day may well turn out to be otherwise as things move ahead in time…The truth always remains the truth…

For example…What Keynes’ followers hold as facts do not necessarily jive with those held by Mises’ followers and visa versa…Where does the truth fit into this equation?

OK.Perhaps we can start with as to why I feel that Teck will not buy out CUU, at least not initially…They don’t need to put up any upfront dough in buying out CUU totally…

Why?

Short, direct answer…Because Mr. Echavarria holds control of CUU…Wealth, Control and Power are the key elements in play…

Mr. E has all three…By all accounts, he is already a (multi) billionaire…He doesn’t want nor need any more fiat currency…He needs to place his money in assets he can readily convert to anything he wishes( a la CUU)…Those who readily understand the dire consequences facing fiat currencies worldwide will see the wisdom behind such a move…

They don’t need to put up any upfront dough in buying out CUU totally…

Tech could easily appoint Mr. E to the Board of Teck in exchange for Mr. E’s granting them a Right of First Refusal with respect to the acquisition of his shares of CUU…At such a time it becomes necessary, they can obtain control of CUU by Mr. E cashing out his shares to Teck or by accepting shares of Teck, or a combination of both…

In any event, should such a scenario take effect, Teck would have a de facto control over CUU…In the meantime, it would be reasonable to expect that Mr. E’s shares will increase in value while Tech will not have to put up well over a billion dollars up front to purchase CUU outright…

Or conversely, Mr. E could sell his shares to Tech on a CUU takeover and move on to other adventures as he is currently doing with ANI and SMG, etc…Which, BTW, are both in the same price range as was CUU when Mr. E arrived on the scene...

Anyways, that’s how I’m looking at the situation…

Thanks for listening…

Be well…

Guy…
