I have inquired about whether Copper Fox is on Teck's radar and received the following reply

Teck very quiet on Copper Fox = always a good sign.

Speaking directly with several at TCK re Shaft Creek - I'm not hearing any negative views on the project which is again a good sign. Usually Teck delays to the last minute any committment on back-in opportunities.

Still looks like a reasonable "play".
