It's buying time again. We've got an upcoming catalyst (the RE) that has been completely ignored by the markets (note our low volume and stable price). I will be looking to add to my position because I see us making a move upwards in the next couple of weeks. The main downside risk is if we do a financing at less than favourable terms.
