Message: I like the Timing of this Options Announcement...

I don't understand enough about this stuff to know what it might signal if anything.

Funny that it is almost 2 months later than last yr's on March 4th 2011 (We changed our reporting year so that probaby did it?). 2011 options were also a Friday NR.

They waited two weeks last yr (Mar 16th) before announcing a $3.8M PP then bought the G/K and Paget claims on the 24th. That was a fun month. ($1.74 to $2.74 with little other news).

Any money spent on those claims was well spent when you think of how significant the exploration potential is for those claims and how agressively other companies' stakes are gathering around the area.

DDH 422 is located just at the very southern edge but just outside of the G/K/Paget Claims. It was located about 500 to 800m inside Teck Option Agreement Claims (claim # 514603). Elmer got a good, positive peek at some of the local geoglogic system with 422. (and TCK will pay for it...) Good for CUU 1.0 and good for CUU 2.0.

From what I understand and observe, TCK doesn't let CUU spend too much money and effort too far outside of the immediate Option Agreement Claims. That's why Hickman was not covered by Aerials and doesn't have much more than a ground reconaissance in terms of exploration. Though I like the 5.9 gpt Au grab sample not far from Paget's Porphry target...

I think Elmer is a bit more methodical and works thru layers of exploration. Search with Aerials, test with ground surveys (Titan etc), then ZAP it with a well placed drill. If there is a drilling programme this year, I would bet that a drill is plunked on 422's pad right off the hop for a really fast 1st exploratory hole with a lot of potential. Probably turn out an assay for a deep core by end of July if they speed along.

Similarly, I think he wouldn't drill without having the layers of exploration in place. So Hickman will have to catch up in terms of exploration.

Sorry.... now I'm waaayyy talking about another subject. Oh.. it was about Signals and Timing...

glta ;)
