It isn't clear to me that there is any information that hasn't been disclosed

The fact that the market has it's head up it's proverbial ass and refuses to weigh the companies disclosures of data and developments in a realistic way, by continuing to trade at a fraction of any realistic price, does not mean that the company has not disclosed publicly what it knows

I could argue that the options are issued in good faith with no company knowledge of any undisclosed material event that would affect the trading price
