Jim Gray has been around since at least the 2008 PEA

Would not surprise if they had him on an ongoing consultancy and he may have been instrumental in blowing the whistle on the Tetra Tech fiasco

Given how much work he has done on Schaft, and continues to do, wouldn't surprise me if he wasn't among the group of consultants, if not the only consultant, that was given options
