Excuse my ignorance please. I am more familiar with Oil and gas mineral claims in Alberta - where the company who purchases the claims basically has a maximum of 5 years to start exploring the area - if they remain unexplored they go back to the crown. Is there this type of "timer" set on the BC mineral claims or can companies just hold onto them forever? Thanks in advance - nice to see the fox on the upswing again!
