and I guess I am in the camp that also doesn't have any idea what that means..

sorry a reference to something known as the "RE level" is not a data point that I recognize, and I like to think I play pretty close attention

So before folks don't start going hysterical with speculation as to what that cryptic phrase is supposed to mean, I'd like to know what a RE level is also
